Bc.game withdrawal issue (Account Locked)

Hello Guys! When I tried to withdraw yesterday, my account was suddenly locked with "Error 4001 : Account verification required". I am unable to access the account or check on my withdrawal which I haven't received yet. I have emailed the support and haven't received any reply yet. After checking on reddit, trustpilot and other forums I am really worried for my funds as many people have encountered a similar issue and haven't received any replies for weeks. I have been playing on this site for 3-4 years and I have never encountered such an issue before. I literally have no idea what to do and i'm a mess right now thinking about the withdrawal which I haven't until now. If you've been in a similar situation with bc.game please help. Any help or suggestion would appreciated.

Update (23/10/2024) : I posted my complaint through askgamblers.com and they helped me with communicating with the casino. My account was unlocked and I was able to withdraw my funds.
