BingX Will Upgrade Spot Account
Dear BingX Users,
To enhance the efficiency of spot trading and optimize fund transfers and account operations, BingX will roll out a comprehensive upgrade to its Spot Account on 2025-05-19 at 16:00 (UTC+8). This upgrade will streamline account display and trading process. Please read the following details carefully and prepare in advance:
I. Upgrade Overview
Time in Force: Starting 2025-05-19 at 16:00 (UTC+8), the upgraded Spot Account will be in use. Users can view and manage their Spot Account directly from the "Assets" page.
Supported Versions
PC Users: The upgrade will apply automatically, no action is required.
App Users: Please upgrade to version 4.54.0 or above. If your version is outdated, the system will prompt a mandatory update. You can also download the latest version manually from the Official Download Page for a smoother experience.
II. Upgrade Details
Order History and Fund Flow
After the upgrade, all spot order history will be preserved. When canceling unfilled orders, funds will be returned directly to the Spot Account (no longer to the Fund Account).
Fund Management
After the upgrade, funds will be held in the Fund Account by default, isolated from the Spot Account.
Before initiating a spot trade, users must transfer funds manually from the Fund Account to the Spot Account using the "Fund Transfer" feature.
III. User Guide
Version Update: App users are advised to update to version 4.54.0 or above as soon as possible to avoid disruptions in trading.
Fund Transfer: Please double-check account types when transferring funds to avoid mistakes.
Risk Warning: Brief delays may occur during the upgrade. Please avoid high-frequency or large-volume trading during this period.
