COINW For Your Action: Spot Grid Trading Upgrade – Please Adjust Strategies in Time

To deliver an improved trading experience, CoinW will perform a system upgrade on the Spot Grid Trading feature on May 28, 2025.


During the upgrade, spot grid trading will be temporarily suspended.



Please take the following actions to avoid disruptions:

Manually terminate any active grid strategies in advance.


If no manual action is taken, the system will automatically terminate all running strategies at the start of the upgrade, and assets will be returned to your spot account.

We recommend making adjustments early to ensure your trading is not affected.
